Every rental includes 2 weeks. Extra days are $10/day, and weight over the allowance is $225 per ton, prorated to the pound.
10 yard dumpster: small projects
Our smallest dumpster is right for a bathroom remodel, flooring or carpet removal, or clearing out a closet, attic or a room or two. It's also the best choice for heavy material like dirt, brick or concrete, since a smaller box keeps the weight manageable.

15 yard dumpster: the all-rounder
The 15 yard handles kitchen remodels, single-layer roofing tear-offs, deck replacements, and garage or basement cleanouts. It fits a few bulky items like a couch or mattresses (mattresses carry a waste ban fee).

Our largest and most popular size is made for whole-house and estate cleanouts, moving, larger remodels and business cleanouts. If you're torn between a 15 and a 20, the 20 usually saves you from paying for a second haul.

Three tips to avoid extra charges
- Think about weight, not just space. Shingles, plaster, tile and concrete are heavy. Tell us what you're tossing and we'll suggest a size that fits the weight allowance.
- Don't overfill. Debris must stay level with the top of the dumpster so it can be hauled safely.
- Load fee items on top. Mattresses, TVs, appliances, tires and propane tanks carry a per-item fee, and they need to be easy to pull out. Read the waste ban guide.
