What goes in the dumpster
Most household, remodeling and construction debris is fine. Here's what needs special handling.

Yard waste goes in its own yard-waste dumpster and can't be mixed with other debris. Clean wood loads are recycled, at the same price.
💲 Accepted for a fee
Massachusetts waste ban items (mattresses, TVs, appliances, tires) must be recycled, and propane tanks need special handling, so they carry an extra charge.

Do I need to be home for dumpster delivery?
No. As long as we know where to place the dumpster, no one needs to be on site for delivery.
What happens if my dumpster goes over the weight limit?
Each dumpster includes a weight allowance (1.5 tons for a 10 yard, 2 tons for a 15 yard, 3 tons for a 20 yard). Anything over is $225 per ton, prorated to the pound, so you only pay for what you actually go over.
Can I keep the dumpster longer than two weeks?
Yes. After the two-week rental period, each extra day is $10. Just let us know when you're ready for pickup.
What can't go in a dumpster?
Wet paint, oil, gasoline, asbestos and any other hazardous materials aren't permitted. Yard waste is accepted only in its own yard-waste dumpster; it can't be mixed with other debris. Massachusetts waste ban items (TVs, mattresses, appliances and tires) and propane tanks are accepted for an extra fee.
