Do I need to be home for dumpster delivery?
No. As long as we know where to place the dumpster, no one needs to be on site for delivery.
What's the smallest dumpster you rent?
Our smallest is the 10 yard dumpster, great for bathroom remodels and small cleanouts.
Can I walk items into the dumpster?
Yes. Every dumpster has a rear door that swings open for easier loading of heavy or bulky items.
How is junk removal priced?
By how much space your items take up, measured against a 15 yard dumpster (a full load is 15 cubic yards, about 7–9 pickup truck loads). Prices run from $185 for a 1/8 load up to $850 for a full truck. Labor is included: 30 minutes on 1/8 to 1/3 loads, and the first hour on 1/2 to full loads. Extra time is $85 per worker, per hour. We give you the exact price on site before we start.
Do you offer same-day service?
Often, yes. Call or text early in the day and we'll do our best to fit you in.
What can't go in a dumpster?
Wet paint, oil, gasoline, asbestos and any other hazardous materials aren't permitted. Yard waste is fine but must be kept separate from other debris. Massachusetts waste ban items (TVs, mattresses, appliances and tires) and propane tanks are accepted for an extra fee.
Can I put a mattress, TV or appliance in the dumpster?
Yes, for an extra fee. Mattresses, TVs, appliances and tires are Massachusetts waste ban items that must be recycled, and propane tanks need special handling: TVs / CRTs $50, Mattresses / box springs $100, Appliances with Freon (fridges, freezers, AC units, dehumidifiers) $50, Other appliances not placed on top of the load or at the back door $50, Tires $25, Propane tanks $25 each. Appliances without Freon (washers, dryers, stoves) are no charge when placed on top of the load or at the back door of the dumpster. Just let us know they're there so we can pull them out for recycling. Please place all of these on top of the load or at the back door.
What happens if my dumpster goes over the weight limit?
Each dumpster includes a weight allowance (1.5 tons for a 10 yard, 2 tons for a 15 yard, 3 tons for a 20 yard). Anything over is $225 per ton, prorated to the pound, so you only pay for what you actually go over.
Can I keep the dumpster longer than two weeks?
Yes. After the two-week rental period, each extra day is $10. Just let us know when you're ready for pickup.

How much fits in a 10 yard dumpster?
A 10 yard dumpster holds about 4–6 pickup truck loads of debris. It's ideal for one-room projects like a bathroom remodel.
Is a 10 yard dumpster big enough for a kitchen remodel?
Usually not. Most kitchen remodels fit better in a 15 yard dumpster, especially if cabinets and countertops are coming out.
How much fits in a 15 yard dumpster?
A 15 yard dumpster holds about 7–9 pickup truck loads, which is enough for most single-room remodels or a full garage cleanout.
Can I put roofing shingles in a 15 yard dumpster?
Yes. It's a popular size for roofing jobs. Shingles are heavy, so tell us the number of squares and layers and we'll confirm the right size and weight allowance.
How much fits in a 20 yard dumpster?
A 20 yard dumpster holds about 10–12 pickup truck loads. It's enough for most whole-house cleanouts and large remodels.
Will a 20 yard dumpster fit in my driveway?
In most driveways, yes. Tell us where you'd like it and we'll confirm there's room for the truck to place it safely.
