Information we collect
When you request a quote, order a dumpster, book a pickup or sign up for offers, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, job details and any photos you upload.
How we use it
- To schedule, deliver and pick up your dumpster or complete your junk removal job
- To contact you about your order, quote or pickup
- To send special offers by email or text, only if you opted in
We don't sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, email, text messaging and payment providers), and only as needed to provide those services.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website. The site may use basic cookies needed for it to work, such as remembering what you've entered in a form.
We use two outside services from Google:
- Google Fonts: the lettering on our site is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. Google Fonts doesn't set cookies.
- Google Maps: our Service Areas page has a button to view an interactive map of the towns we serve. The map only loads if you click that button. When it loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address and may set cookies.
Both are covered by Google's privacy policy.
Payments
Payment is collected on or after delivery, and we don't store credit card numbers on this website. If we add online payments in the future, they'll be handled by a secure third-party payment processor, and we'll update this policy to name it.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you give us. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information like credit card numbers through our forms or email.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to provide service, keep business and tax records, and resolve any questions about a job.

Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
